Highland hero recognized

TOWN OF HIGHLAND, NY — Longtime Town of Highland volunteer Keith Friedrich, left, was presented a Certificate of Excellence by chief constable, Michael Walton recently, in honor of his “outstanding performance and dedication” to the town and in recognition of his “high standards of excellence.” Walton cited Friedrich for his recent work detailing the town law enforcement vehicles. According to Walton, “Keith volunteers his time to numerous agencies, the fire department, the ambulance corps, Sullivan Renaissance and the constables and he never asks what you can do for him, but always asks, “What can I do for you?”
